Bland ISD is proud to announce a USDA waiver for free school meals. Starting Monday, all Bland ISD students who get a complete meal, breakfast or lunch, can eat free! 

This benefit is temporary and will only last while USDA has the funding for this program. USDA hopes to extend this benefit until December 31st but funding may and probably will end prior to that date.

Meal applications for free and reduced meals should be turned in during this time so eligible children can continue to receive free or reduced meals after this temporary waiver expires. 

Bland ISD will return to the normal National School Lunch Program when the USDA funding or waiver has expired. Please ensure your family has submitted a current 20-21 meal application prior to this happening.
